We had an amazing value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view from the balcony. The location was great, especially if you have a car, and the staff at the reception, particularly Fadoua and Emilie, were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was more variety in the food options.

We pay all inclusive but on place we been told that is all inclusive of lower sort?! so only cheap drinks -no one tell us that before,The first night I was bitten by bed bugs in many places on the body.Restaurant wasn't on place we have to walk to the next door hotel restaurant ,probably the same owner.Food in restaurant was awful, the same meals every day. Only once during our stay, we've been served with fries and burgersa and this is a whole variety.Every day water melon and melon,no changes at all and no sweets.But the worst think is that the same bottles were filled with tap water each day becouse they didn't wash those bottles and each was already" open" never closed.Cola( only Lidl's)just for those lucky who came on dinner first.Stupid piano player was the only attraction in the hotel.Internet 1euro for 10min-hmmm.no comments.

We stayed at Zero Drach Del Mar in Porto Cristo for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the sea from our balcony. The air conditioner worked perfectly and the curtains blocked out the sunlight, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast and dinner, and the staff, especially Milexi, were friendly and helpful. Additionally, they have a parking slot just outside the hotel, which was convenient for us.

Would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Porto Cristo. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the staff, especially Fadwa at the reception, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel was conveniently located near the Caves of Drach and a short walk to the port area with its great restaurants and bars. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the overall experience was enjoyable.

The worst hotel I've ever met. Very dirty, with broken window (none repaired it) and awful food.

The nice staff at reception and cleaning staff. They were very helpful when we had problems with our room. 24-hour reception.

The restaurant staff was too unfriendly, furthermore it was always loud late at night until about 1am. There was some kind of party in the lobby with karaoke and we were able to hear everything in our room (3rd floor). In some rooms there are ants and no ac- we had to leave the window open and that's why it was loud.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location is ideal, with easy access to beautiful beaches and the charming harbour area. We loved being able to explore the nearby attractions, such as the breathtaking Caves of Drach, which were within walking distance. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely view of the port and sea. The daily housekeeping service was excellent, keeping our room spotless and tidy. We also thoroughly enjoyed the buffet-style restaurant, with its wide variety of delicious options, including many choices suitable for vegetarians.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

All Inclusive - quality and quantity of food (no food for kids, vegetarians, etc., sometimes no food left when you didnt come at the time they started serving. Bar staff very stressed - not friendly.

Nice view over city of Porto Cristo, the port and the sea, IF you are on the sea side AND above floor 3 or 4 (up to floor 7). Room is nice and clean, balcony is nice.

The first night we stayed in a room on the back side of the hotel: noisy music ALL DAY from 12h noon until 12h midnight !!! (music from outside at the pool). Bathroom was smelly, would not go away. View from the balcony: looking at a wall and the landside of the island, was ok.

I really got my money's worth at Zero Drach Del Mar. The room was great, clean and comfy, and the staff treated us like family. The location was perfect, close to the city and beautiful beaches.

The breakfast experience could have been better if there were more plate options.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with excellent staff who were friendly and helpful. The location was great, with easy access to fantastic beaches and delicious restaurants. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the indoor and outdoor pools to the comfortable and clean rooms. I also loved the free parking, which made my stay stress-free. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.
